In our fully accredited program, students log in and connect online to our faculty while engaging in an exciting, media-rich learning experience. In this position you will develop detailed knowledge of academy curricula and processes in order to assist families and students in reaching their educational goals within our school system.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acts as main point of contact for existing students
• Evaluate diagnostic testing for new students
• Develop high school plan charts that reflect all credit needed for graduation
• Analyze student progress using grade reports and other tools in academy curricula
• Provide student management and motivation advice on an as-needed basis
• Contact families throughout the school year to ensure that the student/family is able to get assistance when needed
• Process student registration and perform associated administrative functions related to the registration process
• Maintaining inside sales-related records using the database
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pleasant and professional phone personality
• Ability to perform administrative functions such as data entry, payment processing, report processing, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly learn new technology
• Able to work well in a team environment

Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of or experience in the Education Industry a plus
• 2 years of sales experience desired
